This Friday we made St. Patrick's day crafts and we had so much fun! We made shamrock hats and leprechaun puppets. Also, our turtle ticket bags are too full! We dumped them out and counted how many we have as the whole class. It's a full bag!!! What's more, look at these doodling on the white board. Kiddos love to draw!
For this group, we were testing on which road can toy car go fast. They guessed first and then ran the toy car and recorded it by using phone timer.
For this group, we designed the experiment to see which liquids can melt ice cube fast. They had their assumptions and then tested that out. They recorded time for each liquid to dissolve the ice cube and drew a conclusion.

We were conducting experiments for the science fair this week. Can we blow up balloon inside the water bottle? Lukas and Jaenin guessed YES. Then they tested that out. They tried so hard to blow it up but they cannot.
We've learned properties of matter last week and now we are exploring different textures! Students touched the materials and figured out something that is soft, hard, bumpy, smooth and sticky.
